Initial Check-In (5 min)
Opening Meditation (5 min)
Lecture (25-30 min)
Q&A (5 min)
Final Meditation (10 min)
Final Check-In (5 min)
Total Estimated Time: 55-60 minutes
(Class duration may be shortened or lengthened depending on the needs and availability of the individual)

FEES

All services are offered on an “Ability to Pay,” “Sliding Scale,” or donation basis. There have been times in my life when I was unable to afford the tuition of a class, event, or service, and it was the kindness and compassion I received from others willing to work with me and my financial situation that made the difference, allowing me to become the person I am today and enabling me to create this website. Therefore, as part of my business philosophy, I plan on continuing to honor this long-held ancient tradition.
